Well, it's officially 2013! Daily Leisure Vikings would like to wish all of you a Happy New Years.
Doesn't 2013 have a nice ring to it? I think it will be a very big year. The Vikings will be playing the Packers this Saturday, and will hopefully advance further into the playoffs. It's a possibility that we go to the Super Bowl and wouldn't that just make it an awesome year?
We went into the season with people saying we would would be lucky if we won four or five games. When we were tied for first in the division with the Bears, we were told to "enjoy while it last". Yes, we didn't stay on top, but we did manage to keep up and we are now in the playoffs. Even when we were in FIRST PLACE people didn't think we would make it this far, but we did!
2013 won't just be a big year for the Vikings, it will be a big one for Daily Leisure Vkings too. We're still in the growing stages, but every year I set a New Years resolution to consistently hit a certain number of pageviews per day. Every single year that "goal" was absolutely shattered. When I look back at that resolution I see how far this blog has come and how fast it's gotten there. It's grown faster than I've ever imagined.
I'm blown away by you guys. When I look at my analytics it shows that the same people keep coming back. That makes me proud, and it makes me want to continue giving you guys quality content. It's my motivation.
