Chad Greenway's father is now in hospice, and battling the deadly cancer, Leukemia reports The Daily Republic. Greenway has been gone from most of the Vikings OTA's.
"I talked with him just a few days ago," Frazier said at Tuesday's OTAs. "I don't know if we'll have him back for mandatory mini camp. His family situation is something he's dealing with. We may or may not have him back for that. But it's understandable what he's experiencing."
The annual Chad Greenway dual sports camp will not be held this year because of his fathers cancer. Last year, over 250 kids from third to 10th grade went to the camp. Greenway teaches the fundamentals at his annual camp and has brought Vikings offensive lineman John Sullivan the last two years.
"We're just going through a tough time with my family," Greenway said on KFAN last week.
